At Assorts Machine Tools, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defects

Damage during transit

Wrong product delivered

Note: The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or installed products.

Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

Customized or special-order products.
-
Products without original packaging.
3. Return / Exchange Process To request a return or exchange:

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Our team will verify the issue and, upon approval, provide return or replacement instructions.

Important: Do not return any product without prior approval.
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be offered as per policy.

Replacement dispatch time may vary depending on product type and location.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during purchase.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

For all other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
7. Packaging Guidelines Products must be returned in original condition with:

Original packaging.

Invoice or proof of purchase.

Note: Improperly packed returns may not be accepted.
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of the product value only.

We are not liable for installation costs, downtime, or indirect losses.
