Return & Exchange Policy

At Assorts Machine Tools, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Note: The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or installed products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Products without original packaging.

3. Return / Exchange Process To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will verify the issue and, upon approval, provide return or replacement instructions.

  • Important: Do not return any product without prior approval.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be offered as per policy.

  • Replacement dispatch time may vary depending on product type and location.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • For all other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

7. Packaging Guidelines Products must be returned in original condition with:

  • Original packaging.

  • Invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Note: Improperly packed returns may not be accepted.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of the product value only.

  • We are not liable for installation costs, downtime, or indirect losses.
