Broaching Instructions (Important):
• This rotary broach does NOT have a wobble feature
• Offset the tailstock by 1° to 1.5° for proper broaching alignment
• Pre-drill holes 10% larger for square broaches
• Pre-drill holes 3% larger for hex broaches
• If exact-size pre-drilling is required, add a 45° lead-in chamfer
• Chamfer helps guide the broach smoothly and ensures clean, accurate results
